DISCLOSURE BAYELSA FASHION AWARD 2015

Because we have not only acknowledge excellence, but we associate with it. The possibility for conflicts of interest often arises. We take these conflicts very seriously. We do everything in our power to minimise the occurrence of conflicts while ensuring that the best work is recognised. BAYELSA FASHION  AWARD  ( BFA) team selects a diverse credible panel of judges, who we feel are objective, respected and knowledgeable in the various categories. The Judges will not be allowed to vote for any entry that is nominated with which they have personal interest; such situations are closely monitored, on the personal integrity of the judges and various sources of knowledge to police such activity.
The Executive Members of our Official Jury panel with specific expertise will further evaluate the short listed entries based on the appropriate guidelines & criteria. An online voting system will be instituted to determine the finalist of the BAYELSA FASHION AWARD( BFA)

THE JUDGES CRITERIA:
From the total numbers of entries officially submitted/entered, our panel of Juries will independently inspects each entry and rates them based on their respective judging criteria. Each entry is evaluated by multiple judges. The candidates that are successful through this process are included in specific categories. short listed and further evaluated by the general public on an open voting system.

EMERGENCE OF WINNER
Bayelsa Fashion Award ( BFA) Winners, Nominees and Official Finalists are selected by a judging panel consisting of a consortium of leading industry experts, agency owners, advertising executives, top photographers, and other industry professionals from the best work entered on our official Call for Entries. Evaluated against a number of criteria, the entries undergo a rigorous process to be on the three finalist at each category for the coveted BAYELSA FASHION AWARD (BFA)

HOW TO NOMINATE
Nominations are open for the general public to nominate personalities without any bias in the various categories past or present as the case maybe
Entry must be valid with nominee name, category and contact information.

CREATERIA FOR NOMINATION
In each of the categories, recipient must have operate for at least one year and has done things in regards of the categories been nominated for,
